Jimmy Page: Ink Collaboration

i made the comment that it would be great in ink and, well, by the time we were done talking i'd been given permission to try.

I made several mistakes when doing this, so i WOULD like to try again if and when i get the time.

first off, the printed off copy LOST some of the pencils that were on it and i was away from a computer at the time i was rendering this in ink (i was bored and at a con)

Secondly, i should have used a lightbox to ink this rather than ink right on top of the (printed and one erasable) pencils. and i should have used better paper instead of plain printer paper.

lastly, while the threshed version (far right) is cleaner, it ALSO decided to just toss some of the gradients away completely and color certain areas completely black.

so yeah, if i get the time, i'd like to try this again - BUT it was fun to do and i think it looks great in ink Thanks again for letting me do this
